Initial term to be three months, producing a project for each of the fortnightly challenges.

 To share in choosing themes and choosing the Top 3, and 

the Spotlight Winner on a rota system.
To have fun and enjoy being part of a friendly team whose aim is to

encourage, educate and inspire other crafters in making feminine cards.
